I've been using the programme Adobe Rush... I edit zoom recordings in a very simple way. But some videos seem to give it a lot of trouble. It seems to have something to do with how long the video is. An hour makes a big difference. (That's about one gigabyte) There doesn't seem to be the same problem with multiple 45-minute files that add up to 3 GB. Will it help to cut up long videos? Is it something that Rush can't do, and should I switch to something else?

I think my computer is powerful enough for this, so I'm not sure if it's just Rush. Is there an easier and better way?

My system

CPU: 8-Core, 16-Thread AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

RAM: 16 gb

GPU + GPU RAM: XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS, 8GB GDDR5

However, there are several videos that seem to have significant difficulties. The length of the video may have a role in this. One hour may change a lot. (About a gigabit in size) Multiple 45-minute files totaling 3 GB do not seem to have the same issue. Does slicing up lengthy videos help? Should I move to an other program since Rush apparently can't handle this?
