Because if we had done that earlier in the season—and, let's be honest, some of you did it—we might have missed the Celtics' ascension to the top of the league and the Lakers' disintegration into a vanilla wafer. Despite the fact that countless story lines have already taken place, it is possible that the best stories are yet to be written.
