Hello everyone,

I'm Alice Marchetti, I'm 22 years old and I'm from Milan, Italy. I'm currently attending a three-year-long major in Communications and Marketing at the "Università degli Studi di Milano" and I will be graduating in December 2018. I've always loved the huge field of Communications and to me, it's really entriguing to understand how social media work in our society, the impact and influence they are able to create, and how young and old generations react and interact through and within those platforms.

I love food (I mean come on, I'm from Italy), books, binge-watching Netflix series and I am a huge cat-lover; but my number one passion has always been (and always will be) traveling: since I was a young kid I've always felt the huge need to not settle, and the urge to try to discover as many places and cultures I possibly could; I've always thought that meeting new people from all over the world and getting to actually know their lives, minds, culture and traditions was the coolest thing ever. I've matured my love for the USA when I left Italy in 2014 in order to move for one year to Rochester - Minnesota, to live my USA experience as an exchange student; since then, I've always had the desire to come back to the States and I imagine myself living there on a daily basis.

If you got to the end of this, I hope you got the chance to get know me a little bit better 🙂

I am internally screaming! I know it probably seems creepy, but forgive me!

It is like I have found my soul sister. Everything you say, I relate to it on a personal level. I myself have the same sentiments regarding settling down and international travel. I love exploring new cultures, traditions and meet and understand people from all over the world. It is SO intriguing!

I am myself a student in US and as an international student I see myself be very excited at the opportunity of meeting new people.

I hope that you get more chances to come to the US and someday hopefully settle 🙂

You should watch Bojack Horseman if you haven't done so already. It is a Netflix original series and it is very well written! Great show to binge also because it already has 5 seasons.
